Pre Bonded
These are used in the traditional method of attaching micro ring hair extensions and use a latch hook needle to crochet your clients hair through the micro ring. This method is very popular in professional hairdressing salons as it is a reliable and simple way of attaching hair extensions.
Each extension requires a micro ring to be attached. We have 2 styles of micro rings available. Screw lined and Silicon lined. The silicon lined micro rings are generally more reliable as the silicon helps to prevent slippage of the hair extensions.
Nail Tip:
Nail tip hair is used with the fusion method. The extensions are attached by bonding with a low heat or ultrasonic iron. Fusion can be used for both a full head of extensions & adding Highlighting strands. It is also commonly used to fill in the sides of a clients head when wefts are being used at the back.
Fusion extensions allow your client will to run their fingers through their hair, giving a free flowing effect. We use natural keratin resin to attach hair which is gentler on the hair than normal glues and bonds. It is also easier to remove. You will require approximately 150 - 200 strands for a full head.
Skin & Ezy Wefts
The skin weft is the most undetectable and comfortable form of hair extension available. Hair is fused to a thin skin like PU strip. The weft can then be attached with thermal tape which takes around 20 minutes to apply to a full head. The tape needs to be replaced every 2 – 3 weeks. Most clients will buy the tape and replace themselves unless recommended otherwise.The weft can also be sewn on with a braid or using micro rings.
Ezy Weft The Ezy weft has micro loops already sewn to the seam of the weft, and spaced approximately 1.5cm apart. To attach you simply thread the clients hair through the loops and clamp tightly closed. Each weft is 1 metre in width which is enough for a very thick head of extensions. You cut the weft to size after measuring the clients head.
Easy Loop Micro Ring Extensions
The micro loop method is used for both a full head of extensions or highlighting strands. A few strands of extension hair are thread along with your client’s hair into a plastic loop which is used to thread the client’s hair through a micro ring. The ring is then clamped closed. The rings are tiny and compact and lie flat and are generally less bulky than other extension methods. You will require approximately 180 strands for a full head of extensions.
